Purpose of Establishment
The Health Science Instrumentation Center is a shared facility of the College of Health Science, established in 2008 to integrate and manage laboratory equipment for shared use. It aims to prevent redundant purchases of similar equipment, improve efficiency in equipment utilization, and enhance the quality of research as well as experimental and practical education.
The center supports experimental training and research activities for undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty, while also providing access to analytical equipment for other universities, industries, and research institutes, thereby contributing to the advancement of research in the Health Science.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and operation of shared laboratory equipment
- User training, seminars, and workshops for equipment operation
- Support for faculty and student research, experiments, and practical training
