[Undergraduate] Advance Academic Status Change Application for the Fall 2026 Semester

(Eligible Applicants: ① International Students ② Students Scheduled for Military Enlistment in June–July)

The regular application period for academic status changes (leave of absence and reinstatement) for the Fall 2026 semester is from August 3, 2026 (Mon), 10:00 AM to August 25, 2026 (Tue), 5:00 PM.

However, international students who require visa processing and students scheduled to enlist in the military during late June or July after the semester ends may apply for leave of absence or reinstatement before the regular application period.

Eligible students should submit their academic status change request during the period below.

1. Application Period

June 29, 2026 (Mon), 10:00 AM – August 3, 2026 (Mon), 9:59 AM

• This advance application period is available only to:

  • International students

  • Students scheduled to enter military service during late June or July after the semester ends

• From August 3, 2026 (Mon), 10:00 AM to August 25, 2026 (Tue), 5:00 PM, all students (including international students) may apply for academic status changes.
