1. Distribution Date and Time
February 25, 2026 (Wednesday), 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

3. Important Notice

A stamp confirming the return of the academic gown rental certificate is required.

Diplomas will not be issued if the academic gown has not been returned.
4. Diploma Distribution After February 25
After February 25, diplomas may be collected from:
College of Health Science Administrative Office
(Hana Science Hall, Building B, Room 153)
5. Collection Policy

The graduate must collect the diploma in person whenever possible.

If someone else is collecting it on the graduate’s behalf, the following documents are required:

A completed Letter of Authorization (Power of Attorney)

A copy of the graduate’s identification card

The representative’s identification card
-
Please refer to the attached authorization form for proxy collection.
