2025 Academic Year Graduation Gown Rental Notice

1. Eligibility

   Undergraduate students and General Graduate School master's degree graduates of the Seoul and Sejong Campuses (graduates of August 2025 or February 2026)

2. Application Period

   February 12 (Thu), 2026, 15:00 – February 25 (Wed), 2026, 17:00

3. Application Method

4. Rental Schedule

   Please refer to the attached schedule.
   

5. Important Notes

   • When collecting the graduation gown, bring your rental confirmation slip and a valid ID card.

   • For master's degree gowns of Special Graduate Schools and Professional Graduate Schools, please contact the respective graduate school administrative office.

   • Graduation certificates may only be collected after the graduation gown has been returned (refer to the Academic Affairs Team notice).

     ※ Each college will distribute graduation certificates only after confirming the return stamp on the Graduation Gown Rental Confirmation Slip.

   • Failure to return the graduation gown will result in the suspension of certificate issuance services.
     (Please keep the original return receipt or a photo of the receipt for your records.)
