2025 August Diploma Distribution Notice

1. Diploma Distribution Period: August 25, 2025 – September 30, 2025

• After September 30, diplomas may be collected from the Graduate School Administration Team (Room 127, Graduate School Building, Central Library).

2. Diploma Collection Location: College of Health Science Administrative Office (Room B153, Hana Science Hall B)

• Collection Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)

3. Please bring your ID card.
4. If the graduate is unable to collect the diploma in person, collection by a representative is permitted.

• The representative must bring a letter of authorization, a copy of the graduate’s ID, and the representative’s own ID.
